How do I begin using the Interpretation service?
(1) In order to use the Interpretation service, please ensure you have a corporate
account set up with Verztec. Please call +65 6577 4646 or email to
telelanguage@verztec.com for account set up procedures.
(2) You will be issued a Secure Access Code when your account is set up.
(3) You will be provided a number to call from anywhere around the world.
(4) You will be connected to our customer service operator, where you would be able to indicate your language needed.
(5) You will be connected within seconds to an Interpreter in the language you requested.
How can you use Verztec Telelanguage With Limited English Speakers (LES) ?
Note: Depending on your organization’s requirements, the following process may be somewhat different.
You Receive a Call
• Place the Limited English Speaker (LES) on conference hold.
• Dial the Verztec Telelanguage designated number that was provided to you
• Authenticate yourself with your Secure Access Code
• Indicate the language you require to our customer service operator
• When the Interpreter is connected, explain the situation.
• Conference in your limited English-speaking caller.
