We observe strict confidentiality and copy rights of clients' data i.e., without the client's official written authority, we will not disclose any information pertaining to the projects that we have handled.

Verztec takes its responsibility towards its clients' privacy very seriously, and adopts extra measures to ensure the confidentiality of all private information.

Legal Non-disclosure agreements with linguists are signed before the commencement of each project.

Clauses are explained clearly to ensure team members understand required commitments in the area of confidentiality throughout and upon completion of project.

Each of our linguists has his or her own desktop computer and private network password to gain access to any files. Our clients are assured that the two people working on their document, the Translator and the proofreader, will be the only people to see it.

Information and data are stored securely, accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which the information was given. All on-line activity through our website is operated through a secure server, to ensure all details and files remain private. We use a high level of encryption - 128-bit SSL encryption over HTTPS - for transferring files, which is equal to the encryption used by leading global financial institutions.

We do not sell or share lists of names or personal details to/with any third party organizations.
